Cabinet Brothers only works with manufacturers that have a strong financial, ethical and business background. It is a requirement for them to comply with all industry guidelines.
QUALITY & PERFORMANCE MONITORING
Cabinet Brothers utilizes an exhaustive quality monitoring and corrective process to ensure that any and all quality issues discovered in delivered products are routed through our Standard Operating Procedure for Corrective Action Request.
These are documented and maintained in our Quality Assurance Fault-Event Database for exhaustive follow-up. Finally, all of our approved kitchen and bathroom cabinet manufacturing partners must maintain annual requalification and certification.
